After gathering quotations and researching several different HVAC companies, I decided to work with Complete Comfort & Maintenance (CCM). My project was quite extensive which included: a new installation of an AC and furnace unit (my house did not have AC and was operating the original furnace from 1967), asbestos removal, new ducting, new attic insulation, and an upgraded electrical panel. CCM provided a reasonable quotation for the job and what really impressed me was their willingness to handle every aspect the project, either through sub-contractors or their own technicians. They offered several different options to finance the project as well as explaining all the rebates that were currently available. CCM sub-contracted out the attic insulation, asbestos removal, and upgraded electrical panel and handled the installation of the AC and furnace with their technicians. The installation of the equipment went smoothly. The CCM technicians were prompt, polite, conscientious and cleaned-up after themselves. In my opinion, the greatness of a company is how they handle issues when things do not go as planned……and my project had its share of “did not go as planned” moments. Some of the issues were due to the sub-contractors used and some issues had to do with equipment malfunctions. In every situation, CCM kept me abreast of what was happening or was going to happen and in each situation the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. CCM was responsive to all my questions and requests. When I sent an email with a question, it was answered. When I called they answered the phone, even on weekends. If I left a message, they returned the call. I truly believe the open communication made all the difference in making this installation a positive experience. The HVAC equipment (Carrier, Lennox, etc) offered from different companies were, in my estimation, very comparable so what really separates CCM from the rest is their superior service.
